- Yes, you read that right. We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase of our products. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our products, just contact our Customer Service Team on 0-9561006028 or email email@example.com and we’ll arrange for a reverse shipment and credit your account for a full refund. No questions asked.
- In case the wrong product has been shipped, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service Team by calling 0-95610-06028 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive the product or within 24 hours of it’s delivery. The Customer Service Team will swiftly arrange for reverse shipping of the order and send the correct product forthwith. Please ensure that the product/packaging is not tampered with.
- Refunds may take 2 to 14 days depending on the customer’s bank/card company’s policies.
