What are the delivery charges for orders?
Currently, delivery is free for all orders.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Credit Cards / Debit Cards or by Net Banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.
How long will delivery take?
We make sure that we ship orders out within 1 to 2 working days of the date of the order. Delivery times depend on your location but are usually 5-7 working days.
How secure is shopping on this website? Is my data protected?
We do not store your credit card details as the credit card processing is done by secure sites. We will NEVER ask for credit card details via email, phone or fax. Payments are done directly by you through a secure site. Your personal information is solely used to communicate with you. We do not share your personal information with any third party.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you complete your order and make payment, you will receive a confirmation mail from us. We will ship out your order in 1 to 2 working days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email advising you of your order status.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
