What are the delivery charges for orders?
Since these are the lowest priced Frubee dry fruits in the market, we levy a small delivery fee of Rs. 50 on orders below Rs. 500.  Delivery is free for orders above Rs. 500.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Credit Cards / Debit Cards or by Net Banking. Cash on Delivery is available in Pune City only.
How long will delivery take?
We make sure that we ship orders out either the same day or within 1 working day of the date of the order.  Delivery times:  Pune City:  Same day or next day depending on the time the order is placed.  Outside Pune:  Depends on your location but usually 2 to 7 working days.  COD orders are usually processed within 1 working day (in Pune City only).
How secure is shopping on this website? Is my data protected?
We do not store your credit card details as the credit card processing is done by secure sites. We will NEVER ask for credit card details via email, phone or fax. Payments are done directly by you through a secure site. Your personal information is solely used to communicate with you. We do not share your personal information with any third party.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you complete your order and make payment, you will receive a confirmation mail from us. We will ship out your order either the same day or within 1 working day. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email advising you of your order status.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
